How To Improve Engagement Within Your Remote Team
Recent research shows that employees who consistently work from home are less engaged than their in-office counterparts.
Once your Participants have completed their Registration Form and you’ve finalized their group, you’re ready to send them a big welcome! The Welcome Email serves to congratulate them on their participation, introduce them to their group and get them excited for their first few meetings. You should attach the Lifeline Exercise Handout to the Welcome Email, so that your Participants can think about what they want to share with their group as they get to know each other.
You are free to use the Welcome Email template as you wish – just copy and paste! If not using this template, be sure to provide meeting dates, location information and what to expect next. You may choose to add more information on the type of group that you’ve formed (clients, alumnae, members, etc) and the individual group Participants.
