Before your groups start meeting, there are a few things you’ll need to do to makes sure everyone is ready.  The following should be done after Registrations Forms are complete and groups are finalized.

    • Secure a meeting location if your groups are meeting in person.
    • Send a recurring meeting invite to all Participants to hold the spot on their calendar, and be sure to include:
      • Date and time
      • If in person: date, time, location, parking and access instruction
      • If remotely: zoom videoconferencing link
      • Make sure the meeting is set to repeat!
    • Send a Meeting Reminder email prior to the first meeting (see Meeting #1 and Meeting #2 tabs for an email template).
