During the recruiting and onboarding of participants, it is important to provide clarity around Growth Group commitment and expectations.  Below are some high level points that will help you communicate how participants can make the most of their time commitment.  All participants will be expected to:

    • Attend group meetings (you’ll set attendance standards for your group)
    • Enter their updates and challenge prior to each meeting
    • Come to the meeting prepared and ready to engage in the group process
    • Manage the responsibilities of coordinator when assigned
    • Uphold confidentiality requirements
    • Remain in compliance with all group policies 
    • Be a reliable, conscientious and respectful group participant
